I LOVE this stuff!!

I started using this at the recommendation of my sister. I fell in love with it from the start. It's an amazing product and it works wonders on my skin! Unfortunately, I can't find it in any of our local stores. Thank goodness for online shopping. And thanks for an awesome product!

Great for tats

This is the only thing to use when you are caring for your new tattoos. Use 3-4 times per day for a couple weeks and your tattoo will be healed properly and nice and shiny.

Worked wonders

I am extremely reactive to poison ivy, which really makes my skin very rashy and is widespread on my body when I do get it. I had some on my inner arm just above my wrist, in a bright red patch that was about the size of a wallet. We were out of products I usually would use to treat poison ivy, and the Res-Q ointment had come with an assortment, and I had used the other products but not really paid attention to the Res-Q ointment, thinking of it as more of a gardener's product or something. I decided to try it out on my rash. I had cracks on my fingers and hands anyway from dry skin, and I applied the Res-Q ointment to the rash with my fingers. Immediately I felt relief from the extreme itching, and over the next few days with continued applications, the rash stopped itching and began disappearing (that never usually happens quickly for me). Also, my fingers and hands healed from the dry skin cracks that had appeared, and those cracks weren't even why I had used the Res-Q ointment! I didn't care what the scent was, as long as it helped me stop itching, but the woodsy/outdoor scent was appealing. Thank you Burt's Bees for this product. It really helped.

ResQ Ointment a must for the beach!

I have been using this product for years! I have used it on friends and family (men, women and children) for any kind of rash or skin irritation. Nothing else works like this stuff!! It it amazing. I forgot to bring it once and that will never happen again, lol. I highly recommend this product!

This product reminds me very much of the Burt's Bees Baby Bee All Better Balm. My sister in-law used this on her hon and gave me one because I get hurt easily. So I picked up this product as I could not find the all better balm. It worked very much in the same way.

Sore Nose

The other day I came down with a cold and was having to blow my nose a lot, which caused my nose to become red and sore. I put a little bit of res-q on a couple times and it cleared the redness and soreness right up. I will be using res-q from now on when I have a cold.

miracle cure

I have to say i use the res Q Ointment on my cats and it works miracles for their cuts and scrapes. My cats resently had a bad accident with her flea collar inbedded in her neck and around her front leg and almost strangled herself she was cut up pretty bad i have been applying the ointment for a week now and her neck is cleared up and the hair is growing bad the wound under her arm is just about healed i have to say that res Q ointment is animal tested and works miracles. Thank You

Res-Q ointment works with amazing speed to relieve the pain, itching and redness of the skin rashes which frequently annoy my fingers and hands!
Having first received Res-Q ointment from a co-worker who noticed my unsightly and annoying skin condition, I have been amazed at the gentle, yet immediate response it worked on my skin! Within a matter of an hour, the terrible urge to scratch at my itching skin was gone - the itching itself was gone!
I now recommend this product whole heartedly, knowing from personal experience how quickly and effectively it works to relieve the pain, itch and swelling of skin rash.
Thank you for providing a safe yet very effective way to relieve an unsightly and annoying skin problem!

One thing I'm sure about

Not sure which is the true religion...and not sure when the world will end. I'm sure about 3 things....I hate child molesters and animal abusers, and I love Res-Q Ointment because it heals wounds, scratches, burns.... Use it on grandkiddies and my dogs with skin irritations. Overnite, irritation and wounds will heal. What will we do once there is no more Res-Q Ointment? I'm stocking up where ever I can find it, since Burt's Bees has stopped making it.

Great itch relief. Reduces swelling too

Bought this tin of Res Q Ointment for travel (as it is not a liquid, it can be carried with no restrictions on airplanes) and once I returned home, used it to treat mosquito bites. It worked quickly in relieving the itch and also reducing swelling. Smells great too. You need to reapply about every three hours, but since it comes in a handy tin, it is easy to take with you wherever you go. Highly recommend this product. It also seems to aid in rapid healing. My mosquito bites often get infected quickly. Not this summer. thank you for making such a great and convenient product chock full of natural ingredients.

The first wonderful thing I noticed about this product was the smell...it's great! It smells fresh, clean, and powerful. Most creams and ointments for healing/bug bites/itching smell overbearing and strong and full of harsh chemicals, but the Res-q ointment smells natural (because it is!) and it really works. It's perfect for relieving the itch from bug bites, soothing extremely dry skin, or healing a scratch or a small cut. It even works on acne and ingrown hairs! It takes away the redness and the swelling and really reduces the pain. This product is great! It works, it lasts a long time, and it smells wonderful!

Will Not Use Anything Else

I do not normally right a review of any product but I really felt I had to right one for the Res-Q Ointment. I am kind of a walking disaster for myself. What I mean by that is that I will bump into things all the time with my legs and get bruises and then have no idea how I got them; or if I do remember I just kinda keep going and ignore what ever I ran into. With the Res-Q Ointment it has been wonderful in helping heal the bruises. What normally could take 7-14 days for a bruise to go away on me now only takes at the most 7 days (depends on how hard I ran into something).
I also use it on cuts and scrapes that I might get. It is wonderful for the healing process of that so you do not have the desire to scratch at the scabs when they are healing.
My final thing that I love about this ointment is that I can use it one my pets and because it has a scent to it they do not want to lick it off like they do with neosporin (sp?) or other types of antibiotic ointments.

another success story

I was bit/stung on my finger in Yosemite by something too quick to see. Intense throbbing and stinging immediately ensued. I searched my pack and was relieved to find a little tin of Res-Q that I bought in a travel kit and never found an occasion to try. Immediately after application the pain completely stopped and I still wonder if it was just coincidence, because it's hard to believe any product can work instantaneously. I hope everyone else in my situation prepared with Res-Q has the same results!

Cons: tin is too small!, not good on face
I have skin problems and this works all over my body! It is too greasy for the face but for any scrapes, bumps, or bruises, it works wonders! I have been using it for years now and always purchase several tins each time I find them because not all drugstores carry the item. It can be difficult to find but it is by far the best product Burts Bees has!

I used this to help heal a tattoo I recently got...works wonders, no allergic reactions like other balms have done in the past, and smells really good. It's soothing and feels amazing.
The one drawback of this product is the tin. after about a week it became extremely hard to open, getting stuck. There's not a lot of leverage you can get because of the way the lid is shaped on the tin. About a month later I can't get the tin open at all :/

this is one of my favorite burt's bees products. I keep one with me at all times. I find it very helpful for minor burns works better than an aloe plant and is easier to carry around with you! I would definitely recommend.
