I love this stuff. I recently started using this face moisturizer when I wanted to start usingmore natural products on my skin, and I am amazed at how great this cream makes my skin feel. It is super lightweight and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy like othee products i have used in the past. My skin looks and feels so much better since starting with this moisturizer. I cannot reccomend it enough!

All of the Burt's Bees cremes are way too greasy for me. I think that this is the lightest creme they have, but still it's too heavy for me. I personally like light moisturizers that absorb very quickly. It might work for you if you have dry skin.

I do a lot of camping in harsh (dry, cold, windy) areas, and have always had problems with the skin on my face. Sometimes it was so bad it was flaking off. No moisturizer helped, even when it was layered on. This cream works fantastically and smells so good! It is slightly greasy (I'd say rich and soothing) and takes a bit to absorb in, but that's exactly what I need.

This is thicker than I expected and does have a sort of waxy feel. I do have very dry skin, especially in the creases of my nostrils. I find that I use a very small amount. If I wet the tips of my fingers on my opposite hand before I scoop it out of the jar it spreads on much easier. Thin it out a little bit. Once its dry, it doesnt feel greasy. If I don't thin it slightly it doesn't seem to absorb in as good and I end up using more of it. I'm really surprised I didn't break out because normally I look for products that state specifically on the jar "Non-comedogenic". I've been using this for about a year and have not broken out. I did think it was kinda pricey when I bought it at first but when I realized how long it lasts than its not so bad. I'm definitely buying this again! My skin has done a 360 turn-around from this. Burt's, Do NOT stop making this!

I have tried so many moisturizers and I thought this was going to exceed my expectations and it didn't it. I can see how it would work in the winter, but not the brutally summers in Texas. I don't like that it doesn't absorb like other ones. Its a bit thick. And also sometimes its too stick it to apply on the face. Definitely not for me.

I was a bit worried that this product wouldn't work on my face, I have three issues: I have combination skin and sensative skin, plus on top of that I have rosacea. The first time I put it on...my face didn't take to it well, it was a bit oily. But I kept using and little by little it became amazing! It absorbs quickly, the smell is fine, it leaves your face soft and smooth. I even noticed a bit of a natural glow.
One thing though, your face changes during the month, some times more dry some times oily, so this can get a bit on the oily side, nothing a tissue can't handle, and your face is still left so soft.
I highly recomend, it's a great moisturizer.

Pros: Feels great
I was wary of this being too oily or heavy of a cream, but although it's not the kind of face cream that spreads on lightly, it doesn't leave any kind of shiny residue after application, and it really hydrates. I feel like my skin is healthier and more radiant since using this - about 1 month, now. Best face cream I've ever used.

Great product! I can see how it could be greasy in the summer, though, if you are hot and perspiring. I notice that if I get heated, like after blowdrying my hair. But it's great for winter so far. Goes really well under my face powder and my skin looks great.

Great in Cold Weather

I was hesitant to purchase this because my skin is prone to break-outs. After reading the other reviews, however, I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. I live in a cold northern climate and winter has been exceptionally cold this year. The beeswax moisturing cream works great in keeping my skin soft and moisturized even in the sub zero wind chills. I haven't had any breakouts or problems with my skin. It did take me awhile to get used to the smell.

This is my favorite face cream ever! Big disappointment when my favorite little gift shop stopped carrying Burt's Bees because they couldn't compete with the big box stores. But those big boxes don't sell this product, which I now cannot find anywhere but on line. So glad I can order it!!

I was really hoping that this would smell like the ingredients and was disappointed that all I smell is the perfume added to it. Not as thick as I was hoping for, something closer to the night cream would be better.

I use this all winter long. In the summer, when it is more humid in New York, my use is more sparing.
It is definitely a "heavy" face cream, but that is what I need in winter and when I'm flying someplace.

Great Product with a Great Price Tag Too

In 2004 we went sking out in Tahoe. My face got wind burned from all the ski lifts. That is when I found this product and have been loving it ever since. My skin is normal to dry. I was using very expensive department store moisturizer that were great but rather pricey. This is a great product well worth its price tag.

Wonderful product! While it feels a little thick at first, once it absorbs, it's amazing. I use it in the winter, when skin is dryer. In the summer, I use it sparingly (I have combination skin.)

This is my second bottle of Beeswax Moisturizing day creme. I love the way it smells and makes my face glow. It takes a few extra seconds to massage the creme into the skin, but that does feel good.

This product makes my face look dewy and pasty in a good way. It's pricey but it will last a long time! It smells unpleasant and you shouldn't use an excessive amount but otherwise a great product. I have sensitive combination skin and this product does not clog my pores or cause break outs.

I love Burts Bees products. The Beeswax moisturizing cream is fantastic. It smells great, non greasy and absorbs quickly into my skin. I use it day and night. I feel like I am doing my skin a favor to apply this great cream. Thank you for producing such fantastic products!
