Very effective!
April 19, 2012
I've used this for a couple of years now, and I swear it has made some nascent forehead lines disappear. It's very thick, so I rarely use it on my whole face at night, but it definitely moisturizes and doesn't bother my skin.

Suspicious at First, but I Love it
October 14, 2011
I admit that the initial thought of rubbing beeswax all over my face did not appeal, but I bought this product because I trust Burt's and because I really needed a night cream and I was at the store.
I love it now. It's a great night cream, it doesn't make me break out (which was my fear), and I think my skin looks better.
I use it every night with the exception of when I went to Mexico for vacation. (I otherwise live in the cool climate of San Francisco.) It was so hot down there that I didn't think I needed something SO moisturizing since my skin can get oily in places.

My face loves it so much!
September 15, 2011
This is the best face cream for me. Very effective product in making my skin soft, smooth, supple, and younger looking. I noticed that my pores become smaller upon waking up in the morning everytime I used this face cream before retiring at night. It did not ever clog my pores, and I also observed some reduction of fine lines. I liked the smell too. The smell of this cream is like, for me, an aromatherapy for a good night sleep.

Best Product Ever!
May 18, 2011
I am a lotion guru - lotion created? I have tried it. And this night creme is amazing. You can actually feel how it hydrates you skin. People complain about the smell but I don't notice it nor do I care at this point because I will never give up using this lotion. My skin has sun damage and this lotion helps to make that skin feel supple which is a big deal! Try it please - it is heavy so it is a night creme but the way your skin will feel in the morning is well worth the heaviness at night!

Leaves skin a little greasy
March 30, 2011
Pros: Feels great
Cons: Greasy
It's he perfect thickness for night and I always wake up with softer skin, but it's a bit greasier on my skin than I'd like, but mostly in the oilier T-zone. Good thing I'm usually asleep!
I've found that it's also great for extra dry and flaky areas of the face in addition to a day moisturizer.

Great all but the smell
January 29, 2011
Pros: Feels great
Cons: Unpleasant smell
This product is nearly perfect. The only thing I would change is the smell. Let the natural ingredient give it a nice scent and remove the perfume.

Finally Well-Moisturized Skin!
January 20, 2011
Pros: Feels great
I have a very sensitive skin that breaks out easily, is oily in the summer, and extremely dry in the winter. The worst possible type of skin you can get ... I suppose. This winter the dryness of my skin got to the impossible point. Absolutely nothing works for me. Then I thought about a facial scrub I have from Burt's Bees and that it is very good as well as more natural than other products. So I thought why not try Burt's Bees facial moisturizer? I picked this particular night creme. And I CANNOT believe that I am seeing results OVERNIGHT. My skin is so soft and so moisturized. Itching GONE. Extremely gentle on my skin, no irritation whatsoever. Soothing and calming. I don't mind that the smell is not that great and that the creme is greasy, as long as the product works. For some reason, the greasiness does NOT clog pores and does NOT make your skin oily. Once you wash it off in the morning, your skin feels so flexible, moisturized, and just great! This product is wonderful for very dry and very sensitive skin like mine. Anybody with my type of skin, TRY THIS!

new formula?
January 6, 2011
this USED to be my favorite night creme. it appears the formula changed, creme lost pleasant smell, has a different consistency and does not absorb well any longer. hope they will bring back the old formula. in the meantime I will have to find a different product

Great product for us older women
November 27, 2010
Pros: Feels great, Smells great
I'm in the "over 50" crowd and my older skin isn't what it use to be. This product is just what my skin needs. I put it on at night and yes, it's greasy and no, it doesn't absorb quickly, but when I wake up in the morning my skin is hydrated and looking as good as my old skin can look without surgery. I'm so pleased to be able to order it on line!!

Very Disappointed. Do NOT recommend this product.
November 3, 2010
Cons: Unpleasant smell, Greasy, Too heavy
I'm very enthusiastic about Burts Bees products. However, this Night Creme smells horrible. It is literally the worst smelling product I have ever owned. It doesn't absorb well and it definitely isn't as good as competing night cremes. This was a waste of my money, I wish I didn't buy it. And would never recommend it. I'm so disappointed with this product. It should be labeled "buyer beware."

Hydration Throughout the Winter
October 23, 2010
Pros: Feels great, Not greasy, Smells great, absorbs quickly
I stopped using all facial products because I was so tired of false promises of "organic" and "all natural" products and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. However, when fall came I noticed that my skin started to get chapped and I wanted to find a natural moisturizer and after reading up on Burt's Bees decided that this was my product. It was everything it promised it would be. It was smooth going on, absorbed after about 5-10 minutes, smells amazing, and makes my skin look and feel great. It doesn't look greasy, but rather "glowy". I can't wait to get rid of this dry chapped winter skin! Burt's Bees has made a convert.

Good for Hydration, But Greasy
July 24, 2010
Cons: Greasy, Too heavy
This product feels a lot like petroleum. I don't like that and I also don't like that you have to dip your finger into the jar to use the product (since that spreads germs). It does do the job though, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Splendid & Simple
July 13, 2010
Pros: Feels great, Smells great
Even though it is called a night "cream", it is not your typical cream. I would consider this to be a lightweight balm. I had never thought to try this. I like beeswax in skin care, but it can be a bit too much at times. We have been hot and humid here the past couple of weeks and my skin hasn't really been dry. I saw such stellar reviews, though, here on the website that I knew I had to order it.
I am really happy that I tried this. Even though the glass jar is small--one ounce--this little gem is going to last quite a bit longer than a typical 1.7 ounce cream. It is very concentrated. I apply a pea-sized amount to my index finger and soften with my other index finger. I then very gently apply it to my skin, gliding gently outward & upward. I use it on my cheeks, nose, chin and neck. I have been using this faithfully over my serum (Naturally Ageless from Burt's) and I am really quite impressed.
In a time where we are constantly told by the makers of high end skin care that we need to buy the latest product with the latest "it" ingredients to stay looking good, I really and truly believe in treating our skin with love and proper ingredients. If we cut back on the fillers and the toxins, our skin will reflect the healthier choices, just as it does when we eat well.
My skin is not oily, but right now it would be considered combination. Using this has not broken me out at all. In the sticky heat and humidity, it just makes my skin feel soft and loved. It really is a simple cream, but it is beautiful and effective, nonetheless.

Great Product!
April 4, 2010
Pros: Smells great
When you put this product on it feels like you're putting vaseline on your face. I was almost going to return it but thought I'd give it some time. After a few days I got used to the heaviness and I have to say my skin looked so much better. I had some dry patches that just wouldn't go away until I used this product and I tried so many different things prior to this. I am very pleased with the results!

September 6, 2009

This creme is thicker than the Radiant creme I have been using during the summer. It will be good for chapped skin in the winter months. I like the scent and the idea you don't have to use much of it.
