Pros: Immediate results, Easy to use
Cons: too much can come out of the roller and drip.
This product is amazing!! I love how easy it is to apply. I can wake up with a pimple, put this on after washing my face and by evening, the pimple is almost totally gone!! My daughter is a pre-teen and she is starting to get little pimples here and there. This is a product that I feel safe letting her use.

I was always the one that had a perfect complection. I didn't really ever worry about my skin. Then one day,,,wham! where did that come from! Age, blemishishes, sun spots!. And although I had heard of Burt's Bees, I had never used it. I found it at the store one day when looking for something natural to put on my face. I bought the prducts that said what they were for and hoped they would do what they said. Well, they did, and have ever since. I guess it's about time I say thank you for being there to cushion the blow of aging for all women everywhere. Now my daughter(13) uses the product and I don't have to feel any guilt about what I am buying and letting her put on her face. Thanks again.

I LOOOOVE this product! I have very sensitive skin that is not only dry but prone to break outs. This really helps my skin it smells great does not overdry skin and imedietley starts treating my acne.Even if you regret picking at your face the willowbark starts calming it right away. My Fiance also loves it. My only complaint is that it costs a lot for a small amount we go thru one a month.

Works really well! Iv'e tried everything on the market and this is the only thing that works like it says it will. The only con, is that it smells awful.

I have sensitive skin and almost any acne product would be too harsh for me. Fortunatley I picked up this blemish stick and gave it a shot. It's seriously the best purchase I've bought from burts bees. My skin doesn't get irritated and my pimples are almost non existent. The only downside is that the smell is strong( my boyfriend doesn't like it)

This product is really amazing! I've always been a fan of Burt's Bee's products so I figured I would give this a try. I don't have acne or anything but I do get the occasional pimple. Also, living in Philadelphia with the pollution causes a lot of irritation to my sensitive skin and I tend to break out. This gets rid of them so quickly! I put it on before I go to bed and the zit is gone! I also have a bit of redness on my face that bothers me and the blemish stick also eliminates that! I have extremely sensitive skin so this is a dream product. The only complaints I have is that it smells less than pleasant. My boyfriend hates it when I put it on because of the smell. Also, I agree with other users, it can sting a bit sometimes but its really worth it. I also noticed when I didn't use it for a few days my skin started getting red again. So keep using it!!! I like the roller ball although sometimes I can't tell if it is coming out...

So far, I've bought two of these things. The first one I used consistently for a while and I didn't realize how much it actually worked until I stopped using it. Then I started getting larger more irritated pimples again; I finished off the first stick and bought another one to keep the pimples away! It burns a lot since I use it right after I get out of the shower, but it works. It's not magic and it doesn't completely clear my acne, but it keeps the big ugly pimples away.

I used this over this past Autumn and Summer. I *think* I remember it working quite well--I was much too distracted by its GORGEOUS scent to really notice how my pustules... Seriously, I would purchase this again just for the fragrance.

I have used this off and on for spot treatments, and it works better than anything else I've ever used. My only complaint is the roller ball- when I use it on my chin or cheeks it dispenses fine, but when I use it on my forehead nothing comes out. Recently I removed the roller ball portion of the bottle and just used the solution with a cotton pad. It uses just about as much as rolling it would. Great product!

Pros: Easy to use
It did not make my pimples magically disappear or anything like that, but it did significantly reduce the size and redness of my pimples and it healed quicker. I don't have acne, and I wouldn't use it as an acne treatment. I recommend it for the people the get the occasional large inflamed pimple.

I don't have the bad of acne, but the acne I do have, is very persistent!! It doesn't want to go away! I read about this, and since I buy other Burt's Bees products, I thought "Why not give this a try?". The smell is really strong at first, but you get used to it. It's very easy to use and it dries up your acne, but doesn't irritate it!! I will be buying this again. :)

I must have jinxed myself in a different review by saying that I don't get terrible breakouts because my face has been a disaster for almost 2 weeks now. I've been using the Herbal Blemish Stick but it doesn't seem to help any. I put it all over in hopes of preventing any more zits from popping up, but every morning I have a whole new crop in place of the ones I've already dealt with. It probably zapped the zits I got but didn't prevent new ones. Plus, the Herbal stuff stings bad. I'd rather use the Acne Spot Treatment again, it seemed gentler, worked better, and didn't stink so bad.

I have had this stick for almost a year and have rarely used it because when i roll it on my face nothing comes out. I have tried pressing on the ball and some sometimes comes out and what i have used was pretty good. But I'm not impressed.

This product works great on getting rid of those little pimples that randomly pop up! A dab is just enough. The smell at first is weird but after awhile you get use to it and kind of like it. I've tried many spot treatments from other well known face wash brands but this is the BEST!

This acne product works quite well and I love the roll on stick so that you don't need any cotton balls to use it. However, it smells like lemon, alcohol, and oil. It almost has a hospital smell. If you can ignore that, then this is quite good.
