Awesome Product
March 26, 2012
Hey guys(and gals), a little history on me first: I always had wonderful, soft skin that was very appealing. I then joined the military and returned from deployment with constant, dry skin. It would dry, crack and peel. I picked this up on a whim and couldn't be happier. Awesome texture. I massage it fully in and let in chill for 10 minutes, then was off with slightly warmed water and pat dry. Extremely soft and natural feeling, you also get this "cooling" radiance you can feel throughout. I recommend it to anyone searching for a light, but very refreshing scrub! 5.5

good,but mildly unpleasant smell.
March 25, 2012
it's a nice scrub, but after it soaks in there is a mildly unpleasant smell. I would use it for shaving you're legs to get dirt and dead skin off. do not use for arms or face, could be to rough and agitate sensitive/dry skin and pull with peach pit bits.

Skin feels so soft!
February 22, 2012
I fell in love with this product the first time I used it. I love that it's natural and every time I use it I can't believe I have been washing my face with just soap and water. Your skin is so soft it's unbelievable. Just buy it you won't regret it.

Wow!
January 14, 2012
I've been dealing with combination skin for the past 4 years along with cystic acne. I've been using this product with the Sensitive Facial Cleanser and I'm amazed with the results. My dry and oily spots are GONE. The peach stones in this product are similar to St. Ives and are very gentle. I don't really care for the smell of this product, but you can't smell it once you wash it off. I've been using this for about a week now and the acne I had (cystic, blackheads, and others) is going away! My skin is felt with an amazing hydrated feeling afterwords.

This is the product that got me started on Burt's Bees. My face feels wonderful after using this product! I bought more of their products after this good experience. I am very happy with everything - my skin has not felt this good in years... thanks Burt's Bees!

The scrub is very rough, but it still feels gentle on your skin. It definitely does the job of exfoliating. After I use the product, I always want to wash my face because it leaves a weird film on the skin. For that reason, I prefer the Citrus Facial Scrub.

Okay, so here's my scoop. I tried some lip stuff from Bert's Bees once, I loved it I must say. I am really trying to turn my life around and go all natural. I do nothing but work, so the lack of convenience with trying to "go green" just wasn't there. Then one day I stumbled across Bert's Bees and was stoked! I bought this product to give it a shot since I needed facial scrub anyways. This beat my old product by a mile, I was amazed! I would not recommend this product for people with sensitive skin, or not even necessarily for everyday use. However, it left my skin silky smooth and refreshed. It is not a deep tingly clean like I would like to find. This product was soothing and smooth. The exfoliants are large but gentle, and they rub nicely. I would defiantly recommend this product for a deep soothing clean.

I love this product!
November 9, 2011
I cannot' do without this scrub. It smells and feels absolutley amazing! I have normal skin and in the winter normal to dry. It's absolutley the best facial scrub ever, it's so gental, and effective. My skin GLOWS everytime I use this. It tightens pores and makes your skin so clean, glowy and soft, and best of all it doesn't dry out your skin. Don't think twice about buying this product it's amazing and you won't be dissapointed. I use it once a week, and have been for about a month, it evens skin tone and just makes it flawless, and I no longer have to wear a light foundation or a tinted moisturizer. It's that amazing. Thank you Burt's Bees!!!

Love it! But not as a facial cleanser.
August 22, 2011
There are some reviews that say the scrub is waxy and too abrasive to use on the face and I agree. I think the vegetable fat ingredient is what gives it a waxy feel. However, even though I didn't enjoy this on my face, I have found a wonderful alternative use! I use it to exfoliate my legs after shaving. I haven't been using shaving cream for a long time now. I only use water and my razor. So my legs are dry afterwards and lotion doesn't cut it. The peach stone rubs off all the dead skin on my legs and the waxy vegetable fat sufficiently moisturizes and gives my legs a nice shine and smooth feeling. So while I would not recommend putting this on your face it gets 4 stars as an aftershave exfoliant to make your legs smooth and radiant!

I decided to try this product, along with the Radiance cleanser, after I had ran out of the Acne Solutions cleanser and pore refining scrub (which both I have used for the first time and first time ever switching to Burt's Bees products to clean my face). I have to say I like both of these products a lot better and both had made a greater impact on my skin than the acne solutions products, my acne is actually decreasing more and more with these products and my skin feels a lot softer. Not saying that the acne solutions products didn't work at all, but it goes to say that some products and/or ingredients work better for different people with different skin types. I'm constantly reminded that just because something works for someone may not always mean they'll work for me.

Almost Perfect
July 28, 2011
I've been using this scrub for about a month now, and I have to say it's left my face baby soft. I use it in conjunction with the chamomile face cleanser for a great dynamic duo on the skin.
HOWEVER, the one thing I don't care for is the residue it leaves behind. It leaves my skin feeling greasy, to where I have to cleanse my face a second time after I already done so.
I'm not sure what's causing the build-up finish, but if it can be removed without losing the integrity of the product, it'd be the BEST face scrub out there! :)

This is my absolute favorite scrub. It leaves my face feeling 100 times softer with every use! It really helps to exfoliate and keeps my face clear of acne. I definately recommend this to teens who are looking for a natural way to clear skin!

This is great I use it after I use the orange oil cleanser. After I use both my skin is so clean and it glows. And my face smells nice and fruity. It also clears my acne waaaay better then any acne clearing product I've tried.

Crisco?
May 22, 2011
I wanted to like this! I was so excited to get it. I've been using St. ives apricot scrub for years, but have made a recent turn toward being healthier, and ridding my life of unneeded chemicals.
I applied a little bit to my face directly, and first was struck by how sharp the exfoliating bits are. And how few of them there seem to be in the cream. They really feel like tiny shards of glass. I had an extremely difficult time rinsing it off my skin, and when I did feel like I got it all off, I felt like I had washed my face with crisco. My face felt greasy and.... waterproof.
I love Burt's Bees, but I do not recommend this product.

My favorite facial cleanser
April 27, 2011
I've been looking high and low for a good exfoliant that actually you know....exfoliates. I definitely found the one.
Upon opening the bottle I noticed this very mild peachy smell. To be honest it bothered me at first, but after about the third wash, it became my favorite fragrance!
The best part is you only need to exfoliate about three times a week so it lasts forever.
The beads do an excellent job at removing all the dirt and oil that get on my face from being active during the day.
I like to put about a teaspoon amount of it on my fingers, rub it together with my hands and then rub my face in circular motions for about 2 minutes. Then I take warm water in my hands, and repeat until the cream is mostly gone. I wipe my face with a soft towel and the result is the smoothest, best smelling skin ever!

Pros: Smells great
Cons: Too rough
Bought this when my local store was out of the Citrus Facial Scrub. To me, it's not the same caliber. It has a nice scent, but is a little too rough on my face. I use it as an elbow and foot scrub now; I probably won't buy this product again.

Best Scrub I've Ever Used
April 5, 2011
Pros: Immediate results, leaves skin very soft!
I received a sample size as a gift and was AMAZED! My skin felt so clean, smooth and supple. It was moisturizing without being greasy. I am buying a full sized product tomorrow! I can't stop touching my skin!

April 3, 2011
Pros: Immediate results, Smells great, doesn't dry out skin
I have very sensitive and oily skin, and also acne prone skin. It's been hard to find an exfoliator that isn't too harsh on my skin and that you can actually tell is working. I tried Burts Bees because it's all natural and I really value that. This scrub has been able to calm my skin (reduce redness) and minimize my blemishes. It also does not dry out my skin :) I'm really pleased with it and very happy I found it. And it smells good! A slight peach aroma and earthy scent.

Cleans well!
March 27, 2011
Pros: Immediate results, Smells great
Cons: Too rough
I love this deep cleanser! It smells great and leaves my skin feeling really smooth.
The only thing is that sometimes it feels like it might be a little too rough on my skin. It's good to use a couple times a week but not every day.
