This is a great cleanser. It's the best cleanser I've ever used. Cleans without drying, smells great and it's all natural. Love it. Don't change it.

The Only Product I Can't Live Without

There will always be a special place in my heart for this cleanser. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only product that doesn't irritate it. I've been using it for about three years now and I hope to use it for the rest of my life. It does have a very strong mint scent, but it refreshes me and helps me wake up in the morning. Burt's Bees, I'm begging you, please don't ever change or stop making this product.

Defiitely one of my Favorites

Got a little travel kit for Christmas. This was one of my favorite parts of the kit. Just recently bought a bigger bottle. Though, The directions on the bottle (and on the paper in the travel kit) on how to use this are not the same was what's written on the site...The bottle says to apply to your face wet while the site says to apply while dry...Not sure what to actually go by.

I got this as a package for my birthday and this was my favorite part! It is creamy and gentle and I am in love with the way it makes your skin feel! My face has never felt softer or more refreshed and I love how it tingles! Its awesome in the summer! You have to try it!

Need I say more. I'm on my third tube of this cleanser. My face feels so clean afterward. I love the tingly way it feels..it makes me come alive!!! This one is a keeper for certain.

This cleanser is awesome. It really makes your face feel clean and fresh. It smells invigorating and helps wake you up a bit in the morning. You really feel like you are cleaning your face instead of just rubbing stuff on it. It's a great product, I use it every day and night

I have really bad ache sensitive skin, and I'm allergic to most mainstream facial cleansers, I tried the ache scrub and wasnt to fond of it, so a friend recommend this. I tried this and its awesome. It cools my skin and wakes me up! I live in Florida so the cooling affect is great when its hot out. It cleared up my skin pretty well and I've been using it since august

I'm an older woman, and need a gentle yet hydrating, nourishing cleanser. I've tried so many products over the years, but just tried this (having used so many Burt's Bees products and love them). First, the aromatherapy aspect of it -- I feel so refreshed when and after using this. The ingredients are a perfect combination of cleansing and nurturing. I really like the rich creamy feel when using it also. I am totally sold -- I've now found my perfect cleanser!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this face cleanser. The smell is dreamy and my skin is in FANTASTIC shape. My favorite part is definately the smell of the product and I wish like crazy that they could come up with a toner and moisturizer that smell the same. I get comments all the time on how great my skin looks. Thank you Burt's Bees!!!!

I have combination skin- somewhat dry in the winter and very mild breakouts year around. My biggest peeve are enlarged pores, which using this cleanser regularly nearly diminishes!

I will definitely buy this facial cleanser again. I love the tingly fresh feeling, and after one use I could see a difference in my skin. It made my face feel soft, smooth, and clean. I usually get very dry patches on my cheeks from using face washes, but this one left my skin moisturized but not oily. Great product!

I recently ran out of the Soap Bark and Chamomile cleanser so I used regular facial soap. After a couple of weeks, my skin did not look as even or smooth. My face did not feel clean either. As soon as I started using the Burt's Bees cleanser, my skin was radiant, soft and clean again! This is great for all skin types. I tend to be normal but occasionally slightly oily in the t-zone. I use it to remove eye makeup, even though the label says to avoid eyes. There is menthol in it which can sting sensitive eyes, but it doesn't bother me. PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE!

I decided to buy this because of all the rave reviews and my ethnistician told me that skin works better with plant based products as opposed to chemical, which makes sense right? Well, I have been using this for two weeks now; while it hasnt made me break out it is very drying to my face. I do use facial lotion but maybe I need to change it to a BB product and see how that combo does. I have noticed the redness has lessend but because it dries out my face my pores are much bigger. Also, the mintiness is almost too overwhelming it takes a couple of days to get used to it.

used this awhile ago then switched around between other facial cleansers before coming back to this one. just like previous reviews said, don't get it in your eyes - the menthol can be strong then! but I love this product; I have combination skin and it's done more to combat my breakouts and calm my skin to an even tone than any other facial cleanser I've used. cheers burt's bees!

I got this on a whim at the store because I love Burt's Bees products so much. I have never made a better purchase. This is wonderfully gentle, but it cleans very deeply - it cleared up my acne overnight! I would highly recommend this to anyone.
