Hands down, this is my favourite hand cream. I like the subtle fragrance, the texture, and it absorbs quickly without leaving my hands feeling greasy. I wouldn't change a thing.

Super soft hands!

I bought this because I live in the desert and my hands become so dry that it hurts to flex them on occasion.... It's very difficult to find a formula that is light enough to avoid greasy clamminess but heavy enough to actually moisturize. This formula is light yet super moisturizing.. My hands are so soft! I also love the smell, very unique :)

Serious help for hands

I normally buy this at retail but haven't been able to find it in the last couple months. It is the only thing that has kept the skin around my thumbs from cracking. My thumbs are currently bandaged! Please don't let those retail giants run out of this stuff!! Thanks.

i use burts bees lip balm all the time, i;ve always heard how good the products worked.so my hands have been getting really dry and cracked lately .so i decided to give this cream a try,i love the way it works BUT!!!! it stinks so bad and is so strong it last for hours.the smell is like pipe tobacco.if they could fix that i would give 5 stars.

This stuff is great!
When I put it on everybody in my office comes running. Everyone thinks it smells delicious.
It is a little bit greasy at first as someone else said, but only for 30 seconds or so until it sinks in.

No More Old People Hands!!!

No offense to anybody who is considered an "old person" haha. I'm 17 and my hands are constantly so dry and so cracked my 89 year old grandmothers hands were softer than mine! I've tried so many lotions on my hands and they always take FOREVER to absorb or leaved my hands with a sticky film! This is the fastest absorbing lotion I have ever used on my hands and no film! now I have hands that match my body! THANK YOU BURTS BEES!!!
PS The smell is INCREDIBLE!!!

i cant believe people dont like the smell of this stuff. it is strong, but still pleasant. its an interesting smell. very strongly of grape , mixed wit floral honey. big surprise huh? it has an interesting feel when u first put it on, i think its the glycerin. but it absorbs quite fast and your hands will drink it in and just love it . it is not greasy at all, and i think its the perfect consistancy not too heavy

I am sorry to say that I really hated this hand creme. Sure it was moisturizing and nourishing but I just could not get past the awful smell. I really hated it the moment I put it on my hands. It reminded me of my middle school cafeteria. Which really kind of stinks.
I tried to tough it out because I liked how good it worked on my dry hands. But after the second application I couldnt take it any longer. I passed it on to my older sister who is a burts bees novice who didnt mind the smell. I was very disappointed because it was the biggest of the only four full-size things you get in the grab bag from this site. Sadly it was also the end of my 'no dislikes strike'. This was the first and only product to date that I havent liked from Burt's Bees. It was a sad end to a beautiful thing.
Nevertheless, I still trust Burt's Bees, their products are fantastic and I don't know what I would use without them. I'm sure I'll find another hand creme with no difficulty at all. I trust myself, my money, and the well-being of my moody skin to Burt's Bees.

I used to work in a warehouse and this hand creme was really a life saver for me. It lessened the ache in my hands and the wonderful honey smell added to my after work therapy. A little goes a long way. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a job that is hard on their hands.

Strong odor - smells awful!

I bought this because of the great reviews, but "bee" warned - this hand creme stinks! After putting some on my own hands, I passed it around to three friends and they put some on too. We were all disgusted by the strong smell! It's so strong, I can't use it. Too bad, because it really does soften your hands (after the initial sticky feeling is absorbed). I much prefer the effectiveness of shea butter-based moisturizers though. Overall, a very average product.

Lately whenever I've used the lotion, people around me sniff the air and get a dreamy look on there faces and ask, "What's that great smell?" I've been asked if I've just eaten something with cinnamon in it, or have I just eaten an apple... seems to make everyone hungry! No negative comments at all- just drooling!

I love this hand cream!! I used Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream for years. But that hand cream was a little greasy and took a while to absorb. This hand cream is not like that! It goes on smooth, absorbs quickly and totally takes care of my dry hands. I LOVE THE SMELL. I see a lot of reviews where people don't like the scent. But I think it is wonderful. I also use the hand salve at nights. My hands have NEVER been this soft!!

I like how it moisturizes my hands very well, and I love it's not too thick, the consistency of the lotion is very nice and smooth. I love the smell, and most people love the smell, yet my mother who is super sensitive to smells isn't a fan but she admitted it wasn't too bad.

When I got back from the gym one night I noticed my hands were hurting quite a bit (I blame the rowing machine, but I'm not 100% sure why). Anyway, I pulled out this lotion, which I had never used previously. It felt SO good against my sore hands! I used it multiple times that night and the following day. By the third day of using it, my hands had stopped hurting. The lotion feels great, but the smell isn't really appealing to me, so I only use it in the house. Not greasy at all. Love it!

I'm a fire fighter with 27 years on the job and due to the nature of my work I have to wash my hands many times a day. I love this stuff, I have read other reviews with some not caring for the smell but I want to state for the record that I like it very much and hope you leave it just as it is.
