Great product!

I admit this stuff does turn your lips an unattractive white...but my lips get very chapped and this is the only product I have found that actually works! I use it every night before bed (that way no one sees my white lips!).

Love this product

Pros: Easy to apply, Absorbed quickly, Smells great
I have been using this product for about 2-3 years now and I absolutely love it. I would reccommend it to anyone who is looking for a great lip balm that's protective and looks great too! I also love the fact that it's all natural and made with beeswax.

This is a ok balm it does not absorb into your lips and turns them white. It protects but does not moisturize.

wonderful if you ignore the ghostly lips

Cons: white lips
i tried this on vacation in hawaii a few years ago and loved the protection it offers. the only downside is that it makes your lips chalk white.

Cons: white lips
It's best to be used when you're in the sun like the beach, but not for daily normal use. Since it does leave a white layer over your skin, so it looks like you applied white lipstick or something.

Cons: leaves white film
love the product, great at protecting lips as well as moisturizing them. The only downfall is it is does leave a white film on lips, which is OK if you are at the beach/water/skiing

Great balm for weather

For harsh weather, this balm is very protective, and will stop either hot or cold from damaging lips. I would not use it on the day to day due to the whitening effect it has, but for harsh weather, it is a must.

This is an everyday must in every man or woman's daily routine. Not only is this the best natural product for your mouth (very important when you lick your lips constantly and you don't want any by-products in your system) but it essential in all elements no matter where you live. I am from the beach and moved to the mountains and I still use this product everyday. Your lips can get cancerous cells also so don't neglect them.

Pros: Easy to apply
My kids call this balm "suncreen lips" because we really feel like we are protecting our lips from the sun. It goes on a little heavy and can make your lips look a little white, but its well worth it. It lasts a long time and makes us feel very protected from the sun. I really like the fact that it can and is meant to be used on other parts of the face & ears. Great product for anyone that will be in the sun!

I use this winter and summer and every time in between. I ski all winter and bike all summer and I love knowing that I'm not eating a bunch of chemicals while I'm trying to protect my lips! It's a little firm in the wintertime, but if you keep it in your pocket, it glides on quite nicely.

This is pretty much my favorite lip balm ever, it saves my lips every summer. I love how much it protects/moisturizes my lips and how super-duper soothing it is. The only downside might be that it does turn your lips a purple-y white. No biggie. I don't mind that at all... other people might though.

Being a figure skater, my lips were always being roughed up by the cold and such. This really helps to seal the moisture in and works amazing during the summer to provide all the sun protection your lips need.

Whenever I go to the beach, I have to make sure I have this stuff, it stays on and works wonders against the elements! The one problem I can see with it is that it does not absorb quickly and may leave a white film on your lips- but it is worth the protection.

I have been using this product for over 7 years , before that my lips were always dry and cracked...no matter what I used. Since I started using this product my lips my lips are soft, smooth and look great. I would have a panic attack if I could not use this product anymore!!

A "snow' story...

I bought this product for my brother last winter because he was working in the mountains as a ski-lift operator, and his lips became destroyed from the cold. He's not really a "chapstick" kinda' guy, but he absolutely loved this lip balm and would tell me so.
Of course, he lost it up there in the snow somewhere, after which, I bought him the Medicated lip balm, which he also liked, but not as much as this one. :)

Living in Florida, this product has been a savior! I used to have to reapply products like this over & over again. This product stays on even when your sweating! Working outside in the elements can be hard at best, but NOT with LifeGuard's choice! It saves me!

Beats the elements and protects

This is a powerful weapon against the wind and sun for your lips. It goes on fairly white, so the color might turn some off, but truly, THIS STUFF WORKS. It is the best lip balm that I have ever tried.
