I have always had a problem with dry lips and two years ago started with burning rashes and blistering afer using lipsticks and chapsticks. I tried everything with no success. Recently, the burning rash started on my face and eyelids as well. I started reading on-line about other women with similar symptoms and several of them mentioned PABA as the culprit. Since Burts Bees is PABA free, I thought I'd give it a try.
I ordered the lip gloss and balms, as well as the facial moisturizer. It works:) Not only is the allergic reaction a thing of the past, my lips and skin are amaziingly soft. I threw away all my other lip and skin products and will never let anything but Burt Bees touch my skin again!

Gorgeous- worth the money!

LOVE this!! It's the only lip gloss I'll use, which is a bit annoying because of the price, but totally worth it. The color is great (don't try combining a few colors on your lips, I find that only works with the shimmer) and it looks and feels awesome! The only thing I have to complain about is that it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to, so I have to constantly reapply it. But still, definitely worth it!

A Must Have Gloss

Cons: Taste
This is some of the best lip gloss I've ever used. It's shimmery without looking cheesy and it comes in great colors. The Sheer Lemon shade is my favorite. I think they all smell like green tea and don't really notice much of a taste, but the way it looks compensates. One of my favorite Burt's Bees products. I would definitely recommend it.

Favorite lip gloss

What I like best about this lip gloss is that it isn't sticky like other lip glosses. It doesn't stay on too long but I love the fruity scent and flavor. But it's really good for a natural lip gloss. In fact, its my favorite lip gloss.

This lip gloss isn't sticky like some of the others out there and it certainly lives up to the name of super shiny! The lemon version is a great way to add a little sparkle without the color if you're looking for a simple look.

Besides this product making your lips soft and shiny, you should buy it based on the mere fact that it does not contain petroleum or polybutene!!!! Who wants to put byproducts of fossil fuels on your mouth, which can be linked to cancer if ingested... Your body is NOT made to break those chemicals down.

Lovely gloss

This is the most moisturizing lip gloss I have ever used; after I put it on it's like I can actually feel moisture soaking into my lips. The color isn't bad, but my skin is very light and I would have liked it to be a little more transparent. The scent is very nice though, and the texture is not sticky like a lot of other glosses I've tried.

I love most Burts Bees products but this one is ok. The gloss isn't very long wearing but it smells and tastes great and it moisturizes. The colors are fantastic and if you are a gloss fan it is a great natural alternative!

This was the only lip product from Burts Bees that I haven't tried, so when I recieved a grab bag from my friend, it included the Zesty Red & the Pucker Berry colors.
The Zesty Red smells & tastes a lot like fruit punch.
The Puker Berry also smells & tastes a lot like punch has a more sweet fruity flavor punch to it.

When I first squeezed the tube to have the gloss come out, it didn't come out as any normal gloss, it was gooey and was chunky, but when applied to the lips it was moisturizing & soft. It gave my lips a little color but both were both very natural looking.
I would recommend this gloss to those who don't like using lipsticks that are too thick but the gloss glides on very smoothly and the colors have a nice variety, plus it smells good & tastes great.

I bought this in the new Juicy Peach color and was really pleased to find that it wasn't at all sticky like other glosses. It moisturized my lips like a regular lip balm. The color was light and subtle btu the glossy aspect was really nice. I love this product because I barely ever wear makeup-- people who like a more dramatic look may not love this gloss.

I totally loves this ! it's very moisturizing ! i have the sweet pink and i absolutely love it ! it smells great , looks great , and it is definitely super shiny !! it is tasteless and i love lip gloss that is tasteless ! Burt's Bees is just magnificent ! I love all of their products ! i definitely want to buy the peach and the lemon !
