Best Man's Soap Ever

Try this soap! It leaves your skin feeling fresh and a bit snappy and has a texture that removes dry and dead skin. The fragrance is a man's man smell, not with a perfume, but the scent of sandle wood and herbs and a bit of a barroom.

This is my favorite soap on the planet! I like it even better than the other soaps Burt's Bees offers. I was so sad when my local stores stopped carrying it.
I love the scent and the feel of the soap whenever I wash with it. When I became pregnant with my first baby my skin broke out terribly. This was the only soap that was gentle enough that it didn't irritate my skin and it helped eliminate my acne. If I could buy this stuff in bulk I would!!

Too Much Cinnamon

I've purchased a lot of different brands of Bay Rum soap. The fragrance from Burt's Bees Bay Rum is ovr powered with cinnamon fragrance. I wish I'd found a sample somewhere before buying 6 months worth and the cologne. Of course everyone's nose is different, the real review was when my girlfriend asked why I changed my cologne. I'll be going back to NATURAL IMPULSE. These will be given away for Christmas and White Elephant gifts!

Wonderful Soap

I purchased this as a gift for my husband and father in law. After he used it, my husband decided he would keep both bars and get my father in law some more. He loves the exfolliating feel of the bar and how clean it washes off. I love the spicy, warm smell. His skin feels great and he smells delicious! GREAT PRODUCT!

Bay rum soap

This soap changed my life... I had been struggling with dry skin and ineffective moisturizers when I decided to try this exfoliating soap. I felt instantly clean and refreshed and the fragrance is great... I've stopped wearing cologne because it's so good. I can't say enough good things about this soap. I LOVE IT!!!

Great soap - hard to find

I've used this soap ever since my wife brought home a small sample bar in one of those kits of various Bert's Bees products. In spite of the cost relative to more commercial brands this is one of the pleasures I allow myself. The only problem is that it has become hard to find. None of the stores where I used to get it carry it any more. I hope they continue to produce it.

Husband loves it

I bought it for him because of the exfoliation promises back when it was sold under Citrus Spice, and he hasn't used anything else since. It's helped with his acne, it feels great to use, it smells wonderful, and doesn't leave residue or dry out the skin. The only complaint is that we go through it so quickly, but that's balanced by the fact that it'll work up a great lather even in very hard water.

Great bay rum scent. Has little exfoliating pieces in it. Does not dry you out. Rinses well too. Great compliment to the bay rum cologne (layering). Also, the bay rum aftershave if you use aftershave.

This product is fantastic. After working outside in the yard and woods, I can come in have a great shower with Bay Rum soap. It leaves no film, smells great, and exfoliates. Again, it is a great product.

Great soap for blemish-prone skin

I've used this soap for years, since it was sold under the "Citrus Spice" name. It's the only soap I've used that has really helped me out with my constant acne-prone skin. Romoves oils and scrubs off dead skin easily, without drying me out. The smell is good and strong, but not overpowering so that someone will smell you from across the room.

Great Exfoliator

I love using this soap to exfoliate my body. I don't use it as my everyday soap, but just about two times a week to slough away dead skin. I don't mind the scent, but I also do not love it. It's rather strong, but I can overlook this for the soap's awesome exfoliating capabilities!

The granules in this bar really work their magic as you scrub away. It's a little bit of a manly smell, so I use another "foofy" soap afterwards, but this is my "git-'em-clean" soap. Love it!

This is my very favorite product. I use the other soap bars also but this is the one that I like the best. When the name was changed and I did not know about it I thought that you had stopped selling it. But I contacted customer services and they told me that it was now sold as Bay Rum I was so excited. GREAT PRODUCT!
