Like others, I was hoping to find a moisturizer without chemical sunscreens. Unfortunately, in the absence of nanoparticle (controversial, I'm aware) titanium or zinc, it very noticeably whitens. If this product gave me a coat of sunblock just slightly lighter than my skin tone (I'm fair) and the overall coloring was at least "even," I wouldn't have a problem.
Instead, my cheeks had lumps of sunblock that flaked off. I tried in vain to pat them onto my skin to camoflage the whitening. It was suggested to me that I apply the product in dime sized portions - didn't seem to make a difference with regards to the flaking.
Ignoring the issues with the sunblock, as a moisturizer, this may work for people with normal skin, but with combination skin that's drier at this time of year, this wasn't moisturizing enough for me.
Someone told me that you should apply your moisturizer and sunblock separately. After trying this product, I'd agree.
