The radiance line in general didn't do much for my skin. I found myself needing to wash my face with a different cleanser BEFORE I could use this because it wouldn't remove anything. The only makeup I wear is occasional spot concealer if I have any little spots, and it just did not clean it off. My skin tends to get oily in some spots, and I didn't really feel like it cleaned the oil off at all. It was very light and the jelly consistency was easy to wash with, but it just didn't clean my face very nicely. I feel like it would work fine for someone with dry skin who doesn't wear any makeup at all.

I haven't been using this for too long but compared to my last "all natural" face wash this stuff is great! A little goes a long way and I will for sure be sticking with the stuff until they quit making it!

Perfect Cleanser!

This is the perfect cleanser. Ive been using it for a year now. Its natural, not harsh and smells great. Your face does not feel stripped of natural oils after using but removes dirt, excess oil and makeup very effectively. I noticed improvement in texture and appearance with this cleanser. Love it!

Does not remove foundation

This "cleanser" doesn't do much of anything. I washed my face with it twice using hot water. To check if it had done the job, I wiped my face with some cold cream and my tissue was FULL of foundation. Yuck! I shudder to think of all the girls in the world with that gunk still in their pores, happily thinking their make up is off. Save yourself and don't bother with this!
Also, the jojoba beads are too soft and few to exfoliate your skin. I ended up using it in the shower in the mornings when my face is already clean, but have not noticed any improvement in my skin. Smells good, at least.

100% "wow"

I started using this cleanser about 2 weeks ago and all I can say is WOW. The texture of my skin already feels 80% better than it did before. I had a relatively clear complexion with occasional blemishes, but my skin always felt bumpy and rough. Now, it is almost completely smooth and I have noticed less breakouts than before. Try this out, you won't regret it!

Cleans Well

This cleanser gets foamy while washing, but doesn't make my face feel tight and dry after it's been rinsed off. The only bad thing I can say about it is that the smell is not very appealing. Maybe that's what royal jelly smells like? Still an effective face wash.

This has worked well without drying my already dry skin out further. Most cleansers I've ever tried make my dry skin worse. This one doesn't. It is gentle and doesn't cause breakouts for me when I've used it.

Best facewash I've ever used

Having combination skin, I've always had problems with face washes either making my skin over-dry or over-greasy, and often irritating my skin in one way or another causing more breakouts. Radiance is the first face wash I've tried which does none of that. It leaves my face feeling hydrated but not oily. It hasn't cleared up my blemishes entirely, but I do think it helps, which is more than I can say for any other wash I've tried. I also love the smell, as I do with every Burt's product I've tried so far. An all around perfect face wash as far as I'm concerned!

I assumed that this woulld be a cleanser for pimples-which i was hoping to prevent- it cleared up my skin the on the first day and on the third; I've never had pimples this big before. Other than that (my mistake for not getting the acne products) I LOVE it. my skin is incredablly soft and "radiant"! haha. I enjoy the smell, I think it smells wonderful unlike some people, and I will continue using it. 9just not for acne purposes!!!)

It is a great cleanser.......if you have dry skin. But not if you have oily skin..don't get me wrong i love this cleanser its just not for me :(

Nice and gentle

I really like how gentle this cleanser is. I have finicky combination skin that dries out easily in some places and gets too oily in others. After using this cleanser my entire face felt soft and supple but not stripped of moisture or oily in spots. Just balanced. Definately worth the money.

Horrible Scent

I love the Radiance Day Creme and the Soap Bark & Chamomile Cleanser, so I thought I'd give this a try too.
I really wanted to like it, but it smells so horrible! It smells like the Radiance Day Creme mixed with a cheap chemical cleanser you'd use for your floor!
The pro about this product is that it doesn't dry your skin out, but that's simply not enough to make me EVER subject myself to that horrid scent again.

I was nervous to try this because I rarely use products that are not specifically for acne treatment or oily skin. But after a failure with the Burt's Bee's Natural Acne Solutions, I decided to give it a go. I'm so happy I did! This cleanser, I find, works great to cleanse and moisturize my skin, at the same time. It removes all my make up, smells nice, and I don't need to moisturize after washing, which is great for my oily skin. I use the Blemish Stick after this on my spots, and my skin is almost clear! My skin care routine has gone from 5 steps to 2, and I love it! So easy! And the pump makes it even easier! Natural, simple, and clear! My skin looks great!

Best Product I've Tried!

I love the Burt's Bees Radiance Facial Cleanser. After just one use my face felt smooth and my blemishes weren't red at all. It doesn't dry out my very sensitive skin but does get rid of the grease on my forehead and chin where my trouble spots are. This product beats out my previous face wash, which was a gentle wash/make-up remover because it works so much better. I can't wait to go get the day/night cremes!

Used this while pregnant was afraid skin would return to normal after having my baby, it has, but this cleanser is still the best. I had acne prone skin until I was about 5 months pregnant and then switched to this cleanser....I would totally recommend this product. I'm not switching back!

I love this facial cleanser, it's so smooth and creamy, and removes makeup and daily grime very well. I have also noticed that it controls oil well too. My face has never been so smooth and radiant, I hardly need makeup anymore!

Gentle AND Effective!

AWESOME face soap! Came across it while looking for products that were effective with no toxic chemicals. I was skeptical about how effective it would be and I have been pleasantly surprised. I have pretty oily skin and it cleans and removes makeup effectively, doesn't irritate my skin, and smells terrific! I went out and bought the entire line of Radiance products and have been thrilled!

This is the first Burt's Bees facial cleanser that I bought and I am so happy with it. It goes on well and comes off effortlessly. I do not wear makeup often so I cannot give any input regarding whether it is effective in taking it off or not. BUT it leaves my face baby soft and smooth. I am asian and have an oily complexion and this does a good job of getting rid of oil and dirt without stripping away important nutrients. There are also little beads which feel good on your face! Leaves my face feeling fresh and not too dry :) Definitely will repurchase!
