Great Toothpaste, BAD Container

The toothpaste is great, but the snap-off cover is very difficult to open. Luckily the cap can twist off or I would have thrown the entire product away. The problem with twisting the cap off is that it leaves a sticky mess all over the top of the toothpaste container. Disappointing! This fluoride free product is very difficult to find in local stores.

Fabulous toothpaste in all regards. Great taste. Super helpful for sensitive teeth. No bad chemicals like most products have. Highly recommended. (Burt's Bees great customer service support too!)

Pros: xylitol (anticavity), novamin (teeth strengthener), sls free (toxin free), hydrated silica (whitening), fluoride free (some people are allergic to it)
Cons: does not seem to foam well, co-q10 could be added though not necessary, baking soda could be added though not necessary, tartar control ingredient like zinc citrate missin
This toothpaste seems excellent. Lately I have seen natural toothpastes containing SLS and it was quite a shock. What I especially like is that this is one of the rarest toothpastes which has novamin technology in it. I was using another novamin toothpaste of Dr. Collins restore, but unfortunately it contained SLS. I switched over to BB. I like xylitol in it. It seems to have everything in it. Please don't ever stop manufacturing this brand. I want to be a for life customer. The cons section I listed below is not necessary, but just some suggestions to further improve the product.

We love this product! It is fluoride free and whitens and cleans our teeth much better than over-the-counter toothpastes have in the past.

I have dermititis and am not able to use flouride in my toothpaste. After searching every avenue possible, I finally found Berts Bees toothpaste without flouride. It does a great cleaning job, tastes good and has no harmful ingredients. Thank you Burts Bees.

I wanted a natural toothpaste for my son for the obvious reasons and because he tends to swallow some of it. I was more than pleasantly surprised. He thinks it tastes great, and it cleans his teeth better than the aquafresh he was using before. Since he's been using it, about 2 months, his teeth look so much cleaner and whiter- even though this is not even a "whitening" toothpaste. I love it!

My friends call me the Queen of Floss because I am very particular about keeping my gums healthy, my breath fresh and my teeth shiny.
I am also careful of what chemicals I put in my body. I've got to say that I've purchased other natural toothpastes in the past including Tom's, Jasons and others and aside from appreciating some of the ingredients such as Tea Tree oil and clove oil, none of them have cleaned my teeth as well as Burts Bees Multicare.
Yes, they left a pleasant taste from the essential oils, but my teeth did not feel very Clean.
This toothpaste will get between the difficult to reach areas between the teeth and into the gums and really CLEAN your teeth and the essential oils in the paste are evident but not over powering.
I've used several of Burts Bees products, this is definetly a success and will probably keep you out of the dentists office, all while knowing that you are using TRULY natural products on your teeth.
Anyone who complains about the price should consider what their health is worth and consider the expense of using the finest ingredients available. Burts Bees has NEVER skimped on ingredient quality! Their commitment to Quality and Health are obvious in all their products.

gentle clean with no aftertaste

Best thing about this toothpaste is that it doesn't have an aftertaste and I don't feel like it is burning my mouth. My teeth almost had that shiny 'I just got out of the dentist office' feeling. I am not thrilled about the price, but realize that for a quality product like this, it is worth it.

Nice, but really thick!

This toothpaste seems to work well, but it is really hard to get out of the tube! Seems very thick and it takes a while for it to start softening up in your mouth to start brushing. I wish it was a little more gel-like. Taste is good, and I like that there is no flouride in this formula.

Got the free sample of this and I love it! The only bone I have to pick is that this is a bit runny- not as thick as I like my toothpaste to be. Still, it cleans my teeth (naturally!) and I love the flavor and smell.

I ordered the free sample and have been using it for a while. It tastes good (not amazing, but still pretty good), makes my teeth feel really clean, and the fact that it's 100% natural makes me feel better about what I'm putting in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was so upset when Burt's Bees discontinued their original toothpastes, so when I saw these new additions, I JUMPED at the chance to try them! I am not disappointed in the least! We have sensative teeth and this toothpaste works great. Although I miss the original Cinna-Mint flavor...maybe something to consider in the future?

I really like th taste of this toothpaste, it is a nice mellow peppermint flavor that leaves your mouth all tingly and clean feeling, but not like a burning from alcohol or too much minty flavor like other oral care products! I plan on buying only this toothpaste in the future, we wont't be switching back !!

Pros: left breath fresh, no bad aftertaste
Cons: too thick
This toothpaste is really thick. I felt like I was going to pop a vein trying to squeeze it out of the bottle. It was also really thick trying to brush my teeth at first, but when I started brushing it thinned out a little. Other than that, the toothpaste taste itself was good, not overtly minty, and it didn't leave a bad aftertaste like normal toothpastes do. All in all, I liked it, and i'll probably buy it again.
