Love LOVES love it !!!

I've only used it for 3 days now but not only can i see the diffrence i can feel it . pass year i had to deal with adult ance on top of the dry skin problem i already had. the face wash alone has made my skin so soft adding the toner & lotion my skin feel nice and smooth very happy.

When I realized my face was SUPER dry after my showers, I decided it was time for a change. ~~~
My skin is prone to bad breakouts, and it's very dry on its own. Other cleansers and moisturizers irritate my skin, or leave me peeling. It was awful! Doctors just prescribe skin-stripping medications, which just make things worse. ~~~
I tried this, and the SAME DAY, a cluster of awful red acne wasn't all that red anymore. After a couple days, it faded completely. ~~~
My skin feels wonderfully smooth and moisturized, enough so that I worry putting moisturizer on after cleansing will make my face greasy! It's just PERFECT with just this cleanser. A little goes a long way, it's like washing with lotion, and my face feels fantastic after this is washed off. ~~~
I would recommend this to anyone (I just won't share my tube..!) <3

I LOVE this cleanser! I recently started using a prescription Retin A for some fine lines and hormonal breakouts, and I am going through that fun peeling, dry, uncomfortable phase. I just got back from a vacation in the mountains where it was windy and cold. My face hurt so bad I thought it was going to crack. I had seen this cleanser at my local market, and decided to give it a shot. It is awesome! Super gentle, and it did not aggravate my skin at all. I used the sensitive skin moisturizer afterwards, and my skin feels comfortable and the redness is going away. Thanks, Burt's Bees for a wonderful product!

i've been using this facewash for about 3 days so far. My acne is already clearing up! i feel as though using a natural product that will rid of impurities, toxins, oils, etc will do the job for acne goers. This makes my skin feel really soft and has already gotten rid of some scarring. i am 16 and have had acne for 2 years. lately it was getting worse so i used dr shens herbal complexion pills. they kinda worked but im not positive. now im all natural. taking these pills, this wash. and young essential skin care rejuvinating moisturizer seems to be clearing me up so far. and dont forget, drink lots of water and healthy foods! btw, just because it doesnt give you a tingly feeling doesnt mean it doesnt work. tht feeling just mean there are chemicals...which might not be good. this has worked better for me that burts bees acne line. PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE CHEMICALS IN REGULAR FACEWASHES THAT SUPPOSIVELY RID OF ACNE COULD ACTUALLY BE CAUSING ACNE

I don't really have sensitive skin, but it gets dry VERY quickly. I've tried every facial cleanser you can imagine, and they all had horrible results. When I used salicylic acid for the first time, I discovered I was allergic to it and my skin peeled off. I switched to this cleanser immediately and was amazed. It soothed my bright red, peeling, raw, overly sensitive face. After my skin healed, I continued to use it because it's the only cleanser I've ever come across that doesn't leave me with a tight feeling on my face. I could never imagine using any other cleanser but this one.

I have VERY sensitive skin, with lots of redness/pre rosacea. I've been trying so many skin products to clean my face and get rid of redness. But this Burt's Bees cleanser is the best I have EVER used. My skin is super soft from the cotton extract, the rice really hydrates and moisturizes my skin, and the aloe helps with my irritation. My skin is better than ever, and I've only been using this product for like 2 days! I honestly don't even need to wear foundation anymore because my skin is just that glorious.
-And for all you people who say it doesn't get rid of your make up properly- How about you get some of Burt's Bees makeup removing towelettes to remove your makeup? It's just that simple.

I tried this product, but its creamy formula didn't remove much dirt, oil etc. It put a film on my skin. It smelled disgusting, and never left my skin feeling clean.

I've been using this product after I wash my face with the Peach and Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub and I'm amazed by the results. I have combination skin and prone to breakouts and cystic acne. After using this for a week, everything is clearing up! My face has NEVER been this healthy and soft. I wash with it every morning and night and it feels like a layer of water left on my face.

First cleanser I have used in a long time that did not leave my face feeling like it was burning aftter use. I have tried just about everything from Olay to Neutrogena, and nothing they have is as good as this. My skin thanks you!

Overall, this face cleanser is suuuuper gentle. However, the term 'cleanser' implies that it will remove makeup in some way. I have found that after using it my skin is softer, but it does not remove makeup very well at all.

I am 20 and started to get acne when I was 18. I have always had sensitive skin so Clinique Acne Solutions, Proactive, and anything over the counter that I used made my skin dry and flakey making my skin eventually very oily by the end of the day. I honestly thought I wouldnt find anything that worked for me.
I have been using this for two weeks now and my skin is the best it's in been in over 2 years. I am amazed. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated. I also use the Burt's Bees Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream and my skin is so soft. I haven't had a breakout since using these products. They don't have a disgusting smell either. I will never use another product! I'm in love with my new skin.

I have combination skin and I was looking for a new face wash to try as I have not been having much luck finding one that works recently. I love the fact that it is 99% natural. It is very creamy and a little bit definitely goes a long way. It took a little getting used to, I'm used to face washes that suds up and gives you that clean "feeling". Since this has no soap, it obviously isn't going to foam/suds up. It feels like you are putting lotion on your face then rinsing it off. My skin is very soft and moisturized after and it definitely does a great job in removing my makeup. It hasn't caused any breakouts (which is why I chose the sensitive face wash over the others) and my skin doesn't feel tight after washing like it does with some other cleansers. I really like this product and definitely recommend it.

I was given a sample of this product to review as a buzz agent. The best thing about the cleasner is that it is all natural. The second is that it removed my eye makeup (including eyeliner & mascara) better than my expensive eyemakeup remover! So for myself, it its economical since I don't have to buy another product. I like a creamy lotion type cleanser because they don't dry out my skin and the Sensitive Facial Cleanser does the job perfectely. My face feels clean, not stripped.

My son and I both have Celiac Disease, and not only need to watch what we eat, but also what products we use on our skin.
This is perfect! It contains NO WHEAT GERM, and doesn't cause any swelling or breakouts like other "natural" and "sensitive skin" cleansers on the market.
I've shared this wonderful product with all in our Support Group!

Usually I like Burt's Bees cleansers and toners, and I have oily, acne prone skin. This stuff just smells nasty, and makes my face feel greasy, as well as the fact I can smell the cleanser long after I've used it. I like the Soap Bark cleanser better. I also like the sensitive skin day and night moisturizers. Just this cleanser is gross. I will not be purchasing it again.

I have fairly sensitive skin and most cleansers are drying. This cleanser is creamy and leaves my skin soft. I don't feel like its irritating or stripping my skin of any moisture.

For years I have been using baby shampoo as a face wash. Everything else I tried made my face red and itchy. One product, supposedly for sensitive skin, actually made my face weep blood.
When I was offered a chance to try Burt's Bees Sensitive Facial Cleanser, I was hesitant. I tried it on my hands first - no reaction but smooth, nice smelling skin. I tried it on the inside of my elbow overnight - just a dab as an at home patch test. Once again, smooth nice smelling skin. When I took the plunge and tried it on my face, I couldn't believe it! My skin was soft, lightly scented and deliciously clean. It was a miracle!
I've been using Burt's Bees for a month now - cleanser and moisturizer - with no reactions other than clearer, more vibrant skin. This stuff is the greatest!

I really liked this cleanser. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and dry like most other cleansers do. Because of that I don't have to worry about needing moisturizer if I am in a rush.
